Remedial Waterproofing

SDG supply a range of remedial waterproofing injection resin products which are mostly used when major (or minor) water leaks happen and are usually applied by specialist applicators. Remedial waterproofing products are also often used during construction of tunnels and other underground constructions to prevent infiltrating water from hindering the normal progress of the works. Examples are injection resins based on Polyurethanes (both 1C and 2C) and Poly-acrylates. These products are also used for Soil and Rock Stabilization.

HA Cut

HA Cut is a 1-component, low viscosity, hydrophobic, aqua-reactive, rigid polyurethane injection grout for cutting off gushing water leaks with a high flow rate and/or high hydrostatic pressure. In its uncured form, HA Cut is a dark brown, non-flammable liquid. When it comes in contact with water, the grout expands and quickly (depending on temperature and the amount of catalyst HA Cut Cat used) cures to a tough, rigid, closed-cell polyurethane foam that is generally unaffected by corrosive environments.

HA Sealfoam NF

HA Sealfoam NF is a flexible, hydrophilic, low viscosity, polyurethane injection grout for sealing moving non-structural cracks. After curing Sealfoam forms an inert, flexible, close cell foam with very good tensile and adhesion properties. HA Sealfoam NF can be used as a 2-component system with a 1:1 ratio water for injection into dry cracks.

HA Cut Catalyst

HA Cut Cat F/XF are catalysts for HA Cut water-cutting resin for applications in cold temperatures or when use of the standard catalyst does not give a fast enough reaction.
