Starter Packs
SDG Reinforcement Starter Packs are designed to provide a simple method of reinforcement continuity in concrete. The system comprises of a galvanised boxed steel casing, which has a key profiled joint according to EC 2 (Eurocode 2: Design of Concrete Structures) in which is housed pre-bent rebar. This is fixed to the formwork and concrete is poured. When the cover is removed the bars can be straightened ready for lapping onto the main reinforcement.
