Lift Head Shackles are delivered as standard with an individual test certificate in accordance with European standards. Each shackle is given an individual number which corresponds to the number on the test certificate. They are available in sizes from 1.5 Ton through to 10 Ton.

The installation of the Lift Head Anchor is achieved with the help of a semi-spherical Round Rubber Former. This enables the simple and secure positioning, as well as the recessed location of the lifting anchor. The load group is indicated on each former and the proportions of each ensures that only the appropriate lifting shackle can be used. Formers are available in a wide range of types (rubber/steel former, narrow rubber/steel former, magnetic former) and sizes. Each is re-usable 30-40 times. Available in sizes from 1.3T to 32T

For lifting pre-cast beams and columns. As the unit is lifted into place the head adapts from shear to tension. The complete system comprises the lifting head, a cast-in anchor, a device for forming the required recess and accessories for fixing and removal. They are also available with electro-galvanised, hot dip galvanised steel and stainless steel. Suitable for large precast elements such as slabs, beams, walls, pipes and stairs.

Magnetic Formers are used for the installation of Lift Head Anchors. Depending on the size of the anchor, we have suitable magnets with optimal holding power in our range. The steel body is made of high-quality material and forms a homogenous unit with the powerful magnetic core. The holding surface is sealed, i.e. protected from corrosion, and the magnetic core is protected from damage. Available in Sizes 1.3T to 10T
