Banbridge Retail Park
THE OUTLET is the first phase of the Bridgewater Park scheme which, when completed, will cover a site of over 100 acres (50 hectares). With an investment value of £200 million for the retail and leisure phases alone, the development will also provide upwards of 3,000 jobs when operational.
