Balcony Connection Systems

Egcobox is a connection system that helps to avoid thermal bridging between buildings and cantilevered structural members such as balconies, consoles, walls, etc. Egcobox impresses by its versatility. In addition to the many standard versions that are available, it is also possible to have tailor made units manufactured to your personal needs in order to meet the geometrical and constructional requirements of the building in question.

Egcobox can be custom-made at short notice, and we will deliver it straight onto the construction site.

• Continuous reinforcement bars with a stainless steel covering has decisive advantages, consistent material properties of the rebars between the two components (e.g. balcony and floor)
• Reduced vertical deformation of the cantilever.
• Special elements are designed according to the static and geometrical requirements.
• Egcobox is available in different width of the the insulation (60mm, 80mm 100mm, 120mm) and also the insulating material can be chosen between polystyrol or a special rockwool.
