Akustic PE
Akustik®-PE is a chemically cross-linked polyethylene with a closed cell structure, 33 Kg/m3 density, high compression resistant sound insulating material.
Akustik®-PE is widely used as an intermediate layer between the underfloor and the floor to avoid footfall noise. It is a very good product for floating floors and parquets.
Akustik®-PE is also an excellent heat and sound insulator for casings, channellings and plant engineering in general.

Akustik®-PE features a flexible matrix which facilitates cutting to size and therefore it can be easily shaped. The product can be supplied with one self adhesive side to facilitate application.
